INSTALLATION

Extract png6850.iff and png6850_config_dreads.iff to /char/sig/ within your "mods" folder.

To make the cyberface appear in-game, set your intended Charles Barkley player to CFID 6850. (NOTE: Because NBA 2K25's "mods" folder will not accept custom cyberface IDs, CFID 6850 has been chosen for Barkley. His cyberface replaces a fictional character / NPC.)

Someone just uploaded a Player DNA after assigning the correct ID.

After the cyberface is assigned, go into the Edit Player interface and edit the "Body" sliders as follows:

Wingspan = 50
Shoulder Width = 50
Neck Length = 25
Trunk Length = 40

...or adjust to your taste. The above are the values reflected in the preview screenshots. Barkley's listed height and weight, just FYI, are 6'6" and 252 lbs.
