VETMIN'S 2K24 DEBUG OPTIONS LITE
This mod is NOT a Hook plugin like looyh's Unlock Debug Options for previous 2Ks (

I will probably not be adding to this mod, as I do not play 2K24 and made this purely to provide some debug basics to the community, for those who are desperate.

Drag menudata.iff into the NBA2K_Hook/Mods folder (and reboot your game if it's on when you install the mod).

FEATURES
1.
(DEBUG) DEBUG. This menu replaces the Credits menu item in the Features interface. This is the debug menu item that allows access to the cutscene viewer (by clicking on the middle option on the screen that pops up). The Goods on YouTube explains how it works:

Additionally, if you click the main menu (DEBUG) DEBUG and then go to the first option, you will be presented with four more options: #1 = Dunk Contest, #2 = 3-Point Contest, #3 & #4 = Ignore these (#3 is something related to VC and #4 doesn't do anything). NOTE: If you try to quit these Dunk Contest or 3-Point Contest demos, your game will freeze and you will have to force quit it; this will not damage anything, but I just wanted to provide a heads up that to exit these exhibitions you have to shut down your game.
2.
Unrestricted Instant Replay. Replay can now be used prior to tip-off and will also be available in modes where it doesn't appear by default (like MyLeague practice modes). NOTE: When accessed prior to tip-off, you may be presented with a blacked-out stadium initially, but unpause the game and immediately repause (possibly twice) then reopen Instant Replay and it should be normal.
3.
Game Rules. This interface has been enabled under Options in the pause menu.

In-game access to Video Settings. This is not a feature of previous debug plugins but I decided to add it anyway since I was already modding menus and I thought it might be useful to some people.
